What can you tell us about your new release, Ancient Agendas?
In Ancient Agendas, humanity’s role in the universe as envisioned in the Janus Unfolding series is more clearly defined with the help of non-human perspectives.
What or who inspired you to become an author?
I wanted to read books where the main characters’ decisions were not fear-based, where their first thoughts were to help others, and where they didn’t hurt others on purpose. I wanted to see the result when the best characteristics of humanity were the guiding principles. So I write them.
What’s on your top 5 list for the best books you’ve ever read?
Childhoods End – Clark
The Count of Monte Cristo – Dumas
The Wizard of Earthsea series – Le Guin
The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings – Tolkien
The Genesis Machine – Hogan
Say you’re the host of a literary talk show. Who would be your first guest? What would you want to ask?
Mark Twain. The thought process that results in his humorous insights into human behavior
What’s your favorite thing about writing?
Dialogue with humorous banter between characters. Creating a world where kindness prevails.
What is a typical day like for you?
Editing the previous day’s work to get the pace of things and then writing for about four hours.

The several scenes connected with the takeover of the space station.
Do you have a motto, quote or philosophy you live by?
