Tell us a little bit about your new release, Forbidden Kisses.
Forbidden Kisses is a story of two college students who absolutely abhor one another then find out that their parents are set to marry. Scarlett and Rex have a fun and wild ride on their journey to discover more about one another—and maybe to find true love.
What’s the last book you read?
The last book I read was Truly, Madly, Guilty by Liane Moriarty.
Who is your favorite couple from literature?
Odysseus and Penelope. Neither time nor war could stop those two!
Where did you write Forbidden Kisses? (your couch, a coffee shop, a bar… hey – we won’t judge)
All of the above! I mostly write at the kitchen table. (sorry family!) This space has been claimed and taken over for years.
Pretend you qualified for the Olympics this year. What sport would you compete in?
The decathalon. Writing is sort of like an entire array of grueling track and field events.
How do you like to spend a rainy day?
Reading! I love any excuse to curl up with a good book but there’s something about a rainy day that really hits the literary mark.
What scene in Forbidden Kisses was your favorite to write?
For sure the first night at the cabin with both families. I loved the banter between Rex and Scarlett. Is there anything better than some sexy banter?
Do you have a motto, quote or philosophy you live by?
Keep breathing! Trust me, that one is sort of necessary in all aspects of life. 😉
Addison Moore is the author of the new book Forbidden Kisses.
