What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Warrior’s Mate (Valcan Mates Book 2)?

I love writing spicy alien romance! I was enthralled with Sayk and Janet when writing book one in the series and I just couldn’t wait to write their story next.

What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

I love science fiction, horror, and thrillers, apart from romance, obviously!

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

Right now I’m reading A Soul to Heal by Opal Reyne.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

I always love the meet cute the best!

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

I love to settle in my favorite chair and I always sip on green tea while writing.

Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?

Not really. I’m the laid-back kind and I go with the flow.

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?

That love takes courage!
