Interview with Cassie Mae, Author of No Interest in Love

No Interest in Love follows an up and coming actor who is trying to find a name for himself and also wants to make the most of his bachelor status. After a storm grounds his flight to a career changing audition, he and his agent take to the road to get him there in time.

What books do you find yourself returning to again and again?

Harry Potter (Always 😉 ), anything Kristan Higgins, Shatter Me series, Stephanie Perkins, Lauren Layne… I reread a lot.

What TV show have you binge watched?

I don’t think there’s enough room for this answer 😉 How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Dawson’s Creek, One Tree Hill, The Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, LOST.

Who is your favorite couple from literature?

Ron and Hermione forever!

If No Interest in Love is turned into a movie, who would you pick to play Jace and Shay?

Grey Damon was my inspiration behind Jace. And Song, Hye kyo for Shay 😀

What’s your favorite type of Cheesecake?

If I’m in the mood for fruity, raspberry. In the mood for chocolately, peanut butter chocolate fudge. All cheesecake is my favorite though, lol.

What’s your favorite quote or scene from No Interest in Love?

There is a scene when Jace and Shay talk Wolverine and other super heroes, and I just love any time I can geek out in a book.

Do you have a motto, quote or philosophy you live by?

Pants are always optional.
