What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Wolf’s Chance (The Shadowridge Peak Series Book 1)?
I wrote the Blackridge Peak series and wasn’t quite ready to leave the world I created behind. I wanted to explore a different angle, a lone wolf and a human.

MMC: “Paralyzed” by NF.
What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?
I love to read fantasy books, and I also like contemporary romance. I like blending them which is why PNR suits me.
What books are on your TBR pile right now?
I am waiting patiently for Rebecca Yarros’s “Onyx Storm”.
What scene in your book was your favorite to write?
The scene in the truck when Caleb is trying to calm Willow down. It was the first hint at their connection…
Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)
Shinedown needs to be on my playlist. And a closed door so I can focus.
Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?
Everything is possible, I just need a little more time…
If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?
The character connection.
