Interview with JA Huss, author of In To Her

What can you tell us about your new release, In To Her?

In To Her is a very sexy and emotional story about a woman who lost everything and two hit men at a crossroads in their lives when they end up stranded at her bar during a blizzard. It’s a story about second chances, not in relationships, but just life in general. And how three strangers can change their future. It’s also about not giving up because you never know when that change is coming.

What books are currently on your nightstand?

I only listen to audiobooks and right now I’m listening to three:

Polaris Rising: A Novel by Jessie Mihalik

The Worldship Humility by R. R. Haywood

Caliban’s War by James S. A. Corey

What advice would you give your teenage self?

Don’t change anything.

If you had an extra hour each day, how would you spend it?

Netflix and chill, of course

What makes your world go round? Why does it bring you joy?

Being home with my family. And writing–more specifically, finishing a book. I love finishing a book. I also love nature and my life on the ranch. And all dogs give me joy.

What scene in In To Her was your favorite to write?

The epilogue. I always love writing the epilogue the most.
