Interview with M. Piper, Author of Leave Me Breathless: The Moonflower Collection

What can you tell us about your new release, Leave Me Breathless?

My story in the collection is an escape from the dark and twisted my readers have gotten from me. Its a sweet second chance romance thay tugs at your heart strings (don’t worry, its still hot as hell)😘.

What or who inspired you to become an author?

H.M. Ward is my all time favorite author. After finishing her Arrangement series, I just had the urge to try it out. That was 5 years and over 20 books ago!

What’s on your top 5 list for the best books you’ve ever read?

1- The Arrangement Series by HM Ward…

2-The Black Dagger Brotherhood by JR Ward…

3- Immure Diaries by HQ Frost…

so that’s way over 5 books 😂

Say you’re the host of a literary talk show. Who would be your first guest? What would you want to ask?

HM Ward absolutely. Shes my unicorn and I would FAINT if I ever met her. As for my question……”can we please get a Sean and Avery movie?!”

What is a typical day like for you?

Those moments when the storyline starts flowing and everything feels right.

What’s your favorite thing about writing?

Wake at 5 am to get ready for work. Kids up at 6:30. School at 7:30. Work by 8:30. Home by 5:30. Dinner/sports/homework/ bedtime. College course work (I am back in school for my masters) and a little bit of writing around 10pm before bed……..whew!

What scene in Leave Me Breathless was your favorite to write?

Aside from the sexy times 😏 the part where he realized who the victim in the crash was. GOD the feels

Do you have a motto, quote or philosophy you live by?

You never know if you don’t try.
