What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Ghosts of the Canyon?
I have always wanted to write a love story set in the Woodstock era.
If you had to pick theme songs for the main characters of Ghosts of the Canyon, what would they be?
Hopelessly Heedlessly -Crosby, Stills and Nash for Liam Hart, Rock and Roll Woman-Buffalo Springfield for Katelyn Love, Carry On-Crosby, Stills and Nash for Ryan Chance.
What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?
I’m a mood reader. I love all romance. I also read and watch a lot of rockstar biographies since most of my books are in the rockstar romance subgenre.
What books are on your TBR pile right now?
Mafia Romance, since that is what is next on my release calendar.
What scene in your book was your favorite to write?
The first forbidden love scene between the lead female and male character and the Vietnam War Protest Scene. Oh, and the paint handprints scene.
Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)
My quirkiest writing habit is typing up my chapters on my notepad on my phone. I email them to myself and copy them into my laptop.
Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?
Be true to your heart.
If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?
Make the most of every moment given with those you love.
