What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

Biography.

No; that’s historical fiction.

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

The Flying Carpet by Richard Halliburton, The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera, and One by Richard Bach.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

“Le Fat Cat”, a speakeasy scene hosted by a cross-dressing lesbian involving the whole cast dancing the Black Bottom.

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

Proofreading aloud while in a hot bath…

Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?

“C’est la vie, C’est la guerre, C’est la merde.”

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?
