What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Breaking Silence (The Claire Deveraux Series Book 3)?

Years ago, I lost my older brother. I wanted to write a story about a lost brother found.

What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

My favorite genre to read is crime fiction and it is the same genre that I prefer to write.

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

My next read is titled ‘Finding Claire Fletcher’ by Lisa Regan.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

The last one- I won’t ruin the story for readers with the details.

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

I have two main ones – listening to a variety of music and nibbling on snacks.

Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?

My main philosophy of life is to treat others as I would want to be treated.

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?

The one thing I would want readers of Breaking Silence to remember is that sibling love is one of the strongest emotions on Earth.
